Breakthrough:
As part of an overall portfolio challenge, MS3 created
an online community for the SYNTEC brand, created to
stimulate collaboration with consumers throughout the
process. We identified new key consumer insights,
which led to the launch of a new brand communication
strategy.
The program launch included a suite of new media
channels that were currently under used and included
a new "powerful" message that was designed to
activate this passionate consumer. The new program
more effectively reached the young passionate male
and provided a message worthy of ongoing dialog.
The results where staggering: 20% increase in product
sell-in at shelf and a unprecedented 3.5% increase in
market share.
